LUNs window

You can use the LUNs window to create, display, and manage information about LUNs. You can also add, edit, or delete initiator groups and initiator IDs.

Tabs

LUN Management

You can use the LUN Management tab to create, clone, edit, or delete LUNs.

Initiator Groups

You can use the Initiator Groups tab to add, edit, or delete initiator groups and initiator IDs.

Command buttons

Create

Opens the Create LUN wizard.

Clone

Opens the Clone LUN dialog box.

Edit

Opens the Edit LUN dialog box.

Delete

Deletes the selected LUN.

Status

Displays the status of LUN.

Refresh

Updates the information in the window.

LUNs list

The LUNs list displays the name and storage information for each LUN.

Name

Specifies the name of the LUN.

Container Path

Specifies the name of the file system (volume or qtree) on which this LUN resides.

Space Guarantee

Specifies whether space reservation is enabled.

Available Size

Specifies available space on the LUN.

Total Size

Specifies total space on the LUN.

%Used

Specifies percentage of total space used on the LUN.

Type

Specifies the LUN type.

Status

Specifies the status of LUN.

Details area

The area below the LUNs list displays the LUN properties such as the LUN serial number and the LUN description. You can view the initiator groups and initiator details associated with the selected LUN by clicking the corresponding tabs in the interface.
